Add a Subscription

New subscriptions can be added on the Subscriptions page under the Manage -> Subscriptions menu item.

Once on the subscriptions page, the New subscription option is at the top right.

Subscriptions are designed to be fairly flexible. There is a start date, optional end date, a description, and an amount.

Announcing the subscription by email will notify other admins, but not the user themselves. This can be done from the subscription detail page.

The day of the month of the start date is also the billing date, meaning that bills for that month will be generated on that day. If the start date is April 17, a new bill will be generated on the 17th of each month following.

Bills are automatically generated but you must manually charge the user's card.

If there are new bills ready to be processed, they are announced in the admin daily email.
